What is the return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are the shipping options?
Our products are stocked in warehouses located in the Los Angeles, CA. All orders are shipped priority mail or first class depending on the weight of the package.
We ship anywhere in the USA including all US territories. Our local shipping rate is $4.99 and we offer free shipping for orders over $100.00.
Do you ship to the Caribbean?
We do not ship directly to the Caribbean at this time. However, you can use your local freight forwarding company. You can use their US address when placing the order and they in return will ship directly to you.
When will I receive my order?
The estimated time for US orders for transit and final delivery may take between 5 to 7 business days from the day you place the order on our website. This does not include weekends and holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
